Jouw bestemming?

Om ons departement Passenger Experience te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Passenger Experience Process Manager (M/V/X).

Jouw vluchtinstructies
- Challenge the status quo: Je bent continu op zoek naar hoe het beter kan en houdt ervan om zelfstandig procesaanpassingen te identificeren, te analyseren, uit te rollen en te evalueren.
- Customer centricity: Je bent de customer voice die te allen tijde de ervaring of beleving van onze passagiers op Brussels Airport naar voor schuift
- Commitment: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor overleg met alle interne en externe stakeholders met als doel de beste oplossing of service te vinden voor de passagier.
- Co-creation: Mee de strategie bepalen van het proces door middel van nieuwe ideeën, technologieën, evoluties in de markt, benchmarking,en deze binnen de organisatie gemotiveerd naar voor brengen.
- Crunch the data: Analyseren en onderzoeken van data om problemen te begrijpen en opportuniteiten te zien, conclusies te trekken en voorstellen lanceren om problemen op te lossen
- Cascade the strategy: Implementeren van de bedrijfsstrategie en roadmap in dagdagelijkse processen, zowel vanuit (grotere) projecten als kleinere verbeterinitiatieven

Jouw paspoort
- Je ademt continuous improvement en draagt dit met zin en energie uit binnen een team en de bredere organisatie
- Je wordt erkend als iemand die durft en steeds positief ingesteld is
- Je kan out of the box denken, hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en focus op oplossingsgerichtheid.
- Jij houdt het overzicht van zowel day-to-day zaken, maar kan hier ook de juiste zaken uitlichten of extraheren op strategisch vlak (Helicopter view)
- Ervaring in customer experience, stakeholder management en beheer van projecten en budgetten zijn een sterke plus
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands of het Frans. Goede passieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en een vlotte kennis van het Engels.
