**Wij zoeken een performance marketeer. Iemand die weet voor welke marketingvraagstukken welk Social of Search kanaal aan zet is. Die alle advertentiemogelijkheden kent én die kennis aan het werk zet om kanjers van campagnes te lanceren.**

**Jij als performance marketeer**:
Jij wordt toffe collega nummer vier in ons team van **performance marketeers**. En de online marketing go-to person voor jouw klanten.

Enerzijds vertaal je marketingstrategieën in **social of search campagnes** die doen wat ze moeten doen: awareness creëren, websiteverkeer scoren of bezoekers converteren in leads. Of je vertaalt de buyer persona's in die strategieën in targetklare **audiences**.

Anderzijds denk je voor bepaalde klanten zélf mee over die **strategie**. Hoe helpen we dat bedrijf om haar ambities waar te maken? Welke kanalen zetten we hoe in? Om daarna dat denkwerk in de praktijk om te zetten.

Daarnaast hou jij als performance marketeer nieuwe **advertentiemogelijkheden** binnen bestaande kanalen in de gaten. Maar ben je er ook als eerste bij als een nieuw kanaal de kop opsteekt. De cherry on top: je bent kritisch genoeg om te weten dat _nieuw_ niet altijd gelijk is aan _relevant_ voor onze klanten.

**Wij als collega's**:
Wij zijn Expliciet, een **marketingbureau** in **Hasselt** van 35 man en vrouw sterk. Verdeeld in vijf divisies: performance, content, video, crea en web. Onze klanten zijn middelgrote kmo's en familiebedrijven. Nog meer weten?

**Zo verover je ons hart**:

- Minstens drie jaar ervaring in een agency.
- Baas in Facebook Business Manager en LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ook Pinterest for Business is een little whistle from a cent voor jou.
- Je bent keigoed in Google Analytics.
- Google Tag Manager en web tracking in't algemeen: dikke vette check
- De MS in MS Office betekent voor jou Mega Simpel. Vooral Excel is jouw bff.
- Je kent genoeg van Adobe Photoshop of Canva om snel de juiste visuals op je scherm te toveren.

**Met deze troeven heb je een streepje voor**:

- Je beschikt over een Google Ads en Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Je komt ons overtuigen om het vanaf nu over "Meta" te hebben.
- Je weet dat WordPress geen industriële strijkinstallatie is voor schrijvers.
- En dat Falcon, Hootsuite en Mailchimp geen ontdekkingsroutes zijn in de zoo.
- Je bent fan van Beyoncé (Dat moesten we erbij zetten van Marjan. Zij is de coach van de performance marketeers.)

**Wat hebben wij te bieden?**:

- Een cafeteriaplan waarin jij kiest waar je jouw vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremieaan uitgeeft. Op het menu: extra vakantiedagen, een kortingskaart of gewoon wat extra fancy stuff voor je home office.
