**Objectif du stage**
Cet individu aura une passion pour l'IT et sera dédié sur la mission, la vision, les valeurs et les principes de fonctionnement de l'hôtel.
**Profil et compétences**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais
- Solides compétences de communication parlée et écrite
- Bonne connaissance de l'outil informatique (Systèmes Windows et Réseaux LAN)
- Orientation client
- Travail en équipe
- Montre un sens des responsabilités
- Montre de l'enthousiasme et faire preuve d'initiative
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Prise en compte des demandes utilisateurs émises par téléphone, mail.
- Gestion du parc informatique (renouvellement postes de travail, inventaire, etc.)
- Résolution des dysfonctionnements (diagnostic, PMAD, proximité,...).
- Assister le IT System Manager sur les projets en cours (câblage réseau, configuration, maintenance et documentation)
- Gestion des incidents matériels (PC, imprimantes) et les droits d'accès
