At Rocycle, we get the chance to inspire people, every day, every class. Our studios are a place where everyone is welcome, free to be themselves and explore how incredible it is to move their body. As a ROFORM instructor, you are creating that space for people. You encourage the room to challenge themselves physically and mentally, in a way that fits what they need from the room.

What does the week of an instructor look like?
The biggest element of what we do, is of course, in the ROFORM studio. As an instructor you will discuss with your Studio Manager which range of min and max classes you will teach per week. We generally teach in two - four class blocks.
We have a great amount of creative freedom as instructors. When you begin teaching ROFORM, you will teach our Foundation class frameworks. Working with the framework, you select all of your own music and modifications. Playlisting becomes a fundamental part of your week, so that you can bring your freshest and most favourite tracks. Expect that playlisting will take around 1-2 hours per week.

What are we looking for in you?
We love to see your energy come alive in the studio, that you have a love for celebrating your body through movement.
We look for minds that are curious, open-minded and with a growth mindset.
For humans who believe that self-love is the road to finding real joy in life and that the narrative of “summer bodies” should be left in the 90’s. We often attract those with a performance or sports background, but experience is not essential.
For those who take their work seriously; are on time, work well within a team and are reliable.
Have knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Pilates experience is a big plus.
What does the training program look like?
Our training program runs through 8 stages. In order to successfully complete training, you must demonstrate the necessary skills in each stage. Your instructing experience will determine how quickly you progress through the training. For experienced instructors, pilates or another fitness concept, you are more likely to progress through the training within 2 weeks. For those who are new to instructing, expect the training to run for 4 - 5 weeks.
Every week
- In studio training sessions during the day from 13:00 - 16:00.
- Online learning modules, so you can learn at your own pace.
- We will facilitate classes for you to attend, so that you can learn from our coaching team to understand how the concept is taught.
With all of this taken into account, expect that training will take 15-20 hours per week.
The training program is intended to provide you with the tools needed to teach a ROFORM class, but does not guarantee employment.
We also offer ongoing innovation, support and training as you continue your journey as a ROFORM Instructor.
- You have a flexible schedule. We are looking for availability during the day, and also on weekends (as an instructor, not just during training).
- You can teach a minimum of 6 classes per week (an example: Tuesday 09:00+10:00, Friday 17:00+18:00, Sunday 11:00+12:00)
- You don't have holidays planned longer than 1 week for the upcoming 4 months from training start
