Working in the Roll-Out team
Ensure the timely end-to-end build-up and roll-out of both HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) and Mass FTTH (Fiber to the Home) according to the predetermined milestones.
Your responsibilities as Team Manager Central Delivery
The Central Delivery Manager has responsibility over the central activities that are part of the (Network Build & FTTH) Roll-out team.
At the starting date, the following responsibilities will be part of the central delivery team:- Procurement & Supply chain
- the team is responsible for the purchase of (investment goods, projects and services at the lowest possible total cost of ownership for all departments of the organization. In addition, the manager is also responsible for the logistics process for the delivery of goods, establishing and managing an efficient and sustainable Sales & Operations Planning process to achieve both excellent customer experience and financial targets.
- Offshore activities the team is responsible for the streamlining of all offshore activities that are part of the (Network Build & FTTH Mass) Rollout team.
- Training, development & innovation the team is the bridge between the Engineering team and the (Network Build & FTTH Mass) Rollout team and the external partners for design rules, introduction of new materials, training & innovations.
- Relationships to other utility companies the team will take the lead in the relationship with other utility companies.
- You manage an independent team of experts and determine the team priorities and/or projects in line with the company strategy. You follow up the daily functioning of the team so that the short and longterm objectives and KPIs are achieved, and all this in good cooperation with various internal and/or external stakeholders.
- You are responsible for the development of team members in terms of competencies, skills and knowhow. You provide targeted, constructive and timely feedback and/or coaching to the members of the team to stimulate their growth and to quickly improve development points.
- You followup on the entire strategic purchasing process (sourcetocontract) in the short and long term and you negotiate complex technicalcommercial files with suppliers of goods, services and projects with the aim of continuously reducing the total cost of ownership.
- You determine the longterm goals, strategies and policies regarding demand forecasts, actions and new projects in consultation with stakeholders.
- You are responsible for continuously improving the assigned responsibilities.
- You will work with Finance to track compliance with the annual budget plan and be responsible for inventory targets and spending and budget targets.
- You will work with the other (network Build & FTTH Mass) Rollout to identify activities that require offshore resources and that can be assigned to the central delivery team.
- You maintain tactical and structural relations with governmental bodies concerning legislation and regulation for utilities companies and translates them into workable processes and procedures for the company and its Suppliers/Partners and Wholesale customers where relevant.
- You will work with the technology teams for the smooth cooperation with partners and training of internal and external resources. Next to that, the team will also lead the organization in the introduction of new innovative solutions and provide solutions for new technologies.

Our ideal Team Manager Central Delivery
- Master's or bachelor's degree with mínimal 5 years' experience and background in legal, supply chain, procurement or technology
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- You have experience with ERPsystems and have an eye for continuous process improvement
- You have strong diplomatic and negotiation skills
- You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing, coaching and developing team members
- You can easily cope with change
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
