Je vindt onze winkels van België, Nederland, Engeland en Ierland tot in Spanje, China, Saudi-Arabië en India. In België hebben we momenteel 30 winkels, maar we blijven groeien - zowel met fysieke winkels als online.

Dan is deze vacature jouw kans In deze job heb je een 2-ledige verantwoordelijkheid. Als verkoopmedewerker ben jij de ambassadeur van Holland & Barrett en sta je dagelijks in contact met de klanten. Met jouw enthousiasme en inlevingsvermogen adviseer en overtuig jij hen van onze producten. Jij weet namelijk precies wat wij verkopen en welk product waarvoor geschikt is. Als Health & Happiness Coach help jij onze klanten verder op het gebied van voeding, vitaliteit en/of huid
- en haarverzorging. Dit doe je door in onze nieuwe Health & Happiness Studio 1-op-1 consulten aan te bieden. Als coach weet je mensen op hun gemak te stellen, stel je goede vragen en geef je op basis hiervan een passend advies. Om jou te ondersteunen in jouw rol als Health & Hppiness Coach zorgen wij voor gepaste opleidingen en traingen.

**Een beknopt overzicht van jouw taken**
- 1-op-1 consulten aanbieden aan klanten op gebied van voeding, vitaliteit en/of huid.
- Klanten op een hartelijke manier verwelkomen, noden bevragen en deskundig advies geven
- Zorgen voor een ordelijke en uitnodigende uitstraling van de winkel
- Promoties en acties voorbereiden
- Leveringen verwerken, winkel aanvullen en de stock beheren
- Aankopen afrekenen

**Jouw profiel**
- Allereerst heb je een passie voor natuurlijke gezondheid, voeding en verzorging
- Een opleiding binnen ons werkgebied is voor deze functie een groot pluspunt (herborist, voedingsdeskundige, kruidenleer,...)
- Jij gelooft in de kracht van de natuur, en dus ook in onze producten
- Daarnaast heb je ook een hart voor retail & sales: jij voelt je hier als een vis in het water
- Je haalt energie uit klantencontacten en vindt het belangrijk om waardevol advies te geven
- Werken in het weekend is geen probleem; dit hoort eenmaal bij de verkoop
