Welcome to our team

Our Benelux commercial organization (119 FTE) is responsible for the sales of our entire, mostly preventive veterinary portfolio to veterinarians and wholesalers in the region. The department is made up of talented experts working in different fields, such as sales, marketing, market access, digital, commercial management, veterinary science and are divided between two offices in Boxmeer and Brussels. United by a shared passion, they strive to make our medicines, vaccines, services, and solutions accessible to animals and the caring individuals overseeing them. Together, they form the foundation of our leading position in the market. Our Livestock Business Unit (19 FTE) focuses on providing preventive products, solutions, and services to veterinarians and farmers in the Benelux market;

Purpose of the role

As a Farm Coach, you are the primary advisor for our clients and entrepreneurs in Belgium. You assist them in maximizing the utilization of our advanced technical solutions and report directly to the director of the Business Unit. Your objective is to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships. In this role, you advise pig farmers on our products and programs, aiding them in efficient utilization through data analysis and actionable insights. You collaborate closely with the sales team and technical colleagues, including internal veterinarians, to deliver the best service to our clients. Furthermore, you share knowledge and research with external clients, such as veterinarians and practices, maintaining strong relationships with them. Approximately 80% of your time is spent on the road, regularly visiting clients to optimize collaboration and reinforce relationships.

Your profile

• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree (Business, Health Sciences/Veterinary Science)
• Senior-level farm management experience, practical thinking, technical savviness, project management skills, and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong enthusiasm for pig farming and the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements
• Ability to build strong relationships in different levels and across functions combined with relevant field experience
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
