Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary mission will be to expand our network and forge strong business relationships through strategic outreach and engagement.
This role combines elements of business development and sales, requiring a proactive approach to identifying and participating in key events, fairs, and roadshows related to Odoo and our industry.
You will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, re-engaging past contacts, and nurturing these connections into lasting business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and participate in industry events, fairs, and roadshows to network and generate leads.
- Leverage existing contacts and utilize available resources and tools to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Conduct followups to cultivate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members for guidance and to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our Odoo ERP solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred, but talented school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships quickly.
- Trilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Experience in B2B sales, ERP, SaaS, or IT sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Selfmotivated with a drive to succeed and grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
