Als assistent category buyer verricht je ondersteunende en administratieve werkzaamheden ten behoeve van één of meer category buyers binnen Trading Health & Beauty van onze succesvolle winkelformule Kruidvat in België. De afdeling Trading van Kruidvat België speelt een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie en kent een cultuur van ondernemerschap, korte en directe lijnen, snelle doordachte beslissingen, pro activiteit en goed koopmanschap. Je komt te werken in een snelle, dynamische, commerciële en resultaatgerichte omgeving, waarin je snel moet schakelen.

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn het:

  • voeren van de administratie voor één (of meerdere) category buyers;
  • accuraat en tijdig verwerken, controleren en bevestigen van orders;
  • onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland, filialen en interne afdelingen;
  • aanleveren van juiste artikelgegevens voor verdere verwerking;
  • uitwerken en controleren van advertentieteksten voor onze succesvolle magazine en folder.

Als assistent category buyer bij Kruidvat in België maak je deel uit van een jonge organisatie en een klein, hecht team van pioniers. Kruidvat is in België immers een relatief nieuwe, maar snel groeiende speler op de markt. De Benelux-strategie wordt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Nederland uitgerold, maar vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen verzorgen wij Trading, HR en Winkelmanagement specifiek voor de Belgische markt. Dit ben jij

  • Minimaal bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Enige ervaring als assistent category buyer of in een commercieel-administratief ondersteunende functie in een dynamische, commerciële en resultaatgerichte organisatie, bij voorkeur retail, is gewenst. Dit kan verkregen zijn door werk of stage.
  • Administratief zeer goed onderlegd en sterk in het plannen en organiseren.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële instelling, uitstekende kennis van MS Office.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en accuraat.
