As Buyer you will be part of our Procurement team as it is transforming itself into an Agile organisation refocusing on Strategic Procurement, Value Creation and Risk Mitigation across the company's Supply Chain.

To help lead these changes, we are looking for a talented and enthousiastic individual to fulfill the role of Buyer –Professional Services.You are responsible for defining, developping and maintaining Category Procurement Strategies for assigned Categories of Products and/or Services. You lead and coordinate - in close collaboration with internal stakeholders - complex procurement projects aiming at:

 Optimizing supplier portfolio

 Optimizing the overall TCO

 Driving Suppliers' performance at or above industry standards

The results you will achieve will directly impact the company's EBITDA.

responsabilités

In this strategic role you will:

 Lead in collaboration with internal customers the definition and communication of the most appropriate category strategy plan for the different categories assigned

 Execute, implement and manage the sourcing process (RFx), in line with the defined strategy of the relevant category, with the aim of optimising TCO and creating value for your internal customers

 Understand the needs of your internal clients and assist them appropriately. Advise and guide your internal customers in defining

and formulating their needs in order to translate them into specifications

 Select suppliers, negotiate the offers, and award the contracts, within the lines of the internal policy and the predefined category strategy

 Assist internal customers in contract management and follow-up of existing contracts

 Evaluate existing suppliers, in consultation with the internal customers;

 Develop and Maintain Supply Market expertise: you track trends and movements within the industry and supplier landscape

 You participate in optimising the Procurement process and procedures

qualifications

Master's degree

5+ years in (project) procurement

Experience in project management and methodology

Proven experience in Stakeholder Management

Experience in strategic procurement of Professional Services

(Consultants) - Strongly desired

 Influential communication and excellent presentation skills

 Networking and team collaboration

 Strong in project management, sourcing and cost analysis

 Fluency in English is a must, and a good command of either Dutch or

French is essential.
