Junior Programme Manager - Masters

The job

  • Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of our Masters in General Management at the Ghent campus.
  • Scheduling classes and programme events, organising and attending international study trips and any offcampus activities.
  • Preparation and followup of all programme courses, including attendance, grading, and assessment.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for both students and faculty. Ensure clear and professional communication with both parties.
  • Monitoring programme quality and taking action to improve the learning experience of our students.
  • Providing support to and attending extracurricular events such as career and alumni activities, the opening of the academic year, graduation ceremony, etc.
  • Working closely together with the programme director and programme management team.

You

  • Have a masters' degree, or a bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
  • Have a very good command of written and spoken English, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Are a proficient user of standard software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Canvas or another Learning Management System is considered a plus.
  • Are customeroriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have an international mindset and understanding and respect for cultural diversity.
  • Are reliable, diligent, and have outstanding organisational skills.
  • Are a team player who can work autonomously. You have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Are flexible and willing to take part in occasional evening activities and join students on weeklong study tours abroad.
  • Will be based on our Ghent campus and are flexible to attend (limited) events at our campuses.
