Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen Biotech, Inc. to develop, manufacture and commercialize ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel). Through our strategic partnership, we look to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

**Role Overview**

The Global Program Manager holds a key position in strategizing, executing, and supervising global talent development programs. This managerial role involves co-designing, managing, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our organizational talent on a global scale. Collaboration with regional L&D Managers and the Global Talent Manager is integral to fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.

**Major Responsibilities**:
***Program Implementation**
- Provide critical oversight of L&D and Talent program execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee program logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation (focusing on internal resources), together with the local L&D Managers and Talent Manager
- Use data insights to drive program enhancements, and make real-time adjustments as necessary.
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing the LMS system as its system owner

**Global Program Coordination**
- Coordinate the launch of programs in various locations and time zones, ensuring seamless global delivery.
- Manage the translation of program materials, as necessary.
- Accountability for coordinating the global engagement survey, gather insights, measure our progress, and ensure a continued alignment with the needs and expectations of the company
- Ensuring an all-time alignment with the OD function

**Budget Management**
- Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare budget reports and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Program Evaluation and Reporting

**Analyze program performance metrics and outcomes / Data Analysis**
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data collection methods to assess program effectiveness.
- Use data analytics to maintain the quality and effectiveness of program content and delivery.
- Implement data-driven evaluation methods for continuous improvement.
- Analyze program data and generate insights into performance metrics and outcomes.
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations on the impact and success of talent development programs.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on program performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.

**Qualification**

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree or above

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or related roles, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and oversight.

**Capabilities, Knowledge, and skills**
- Strong understanding of talent development and program management best practices, with a data-centric approach.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, project management software, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed organization.
- Proven experience in managing global talent development initiatives with a strong data analytics focus.
- Expertise in utilizing data for program customization, optimization, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology to enhance data-driven program delivery.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development and program management.
