**Position Overview**
This position is responsible for driving initiatives and programs in learning and development, career development, leadership development, performance management and organisational culture enhancement to foster engagement, performance, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Translates group HR strategy into the talent and leadership requirements and ensures local adoption.
Develops a vision on what it means to be a leader at team.blue. Continuously improves our leadership capability framework, so leadership expectations are clear and reflect the reality of team.blue now and in the future.
Owns the creation of development programs that differentiate by building capabilities in key areas. Applies appropriate solutions to build and enhance talent bench strength, including assessment, talent acquisition, accelerated development.
Drives talent & leadership goals through program management and defined project plans, including managing implementation of all activities.
Drives performance excellence by developing processes, tools, metrics and communications for roll-out and ongoing support.
Partner closely with your HR peers and our Business Leaders to ensure an integrated value proposition for all programs and approaches.
Ensure our Talent & Leadership development strategy are aligned and embedded with principles and targets of DEI.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven track record in building new programs and implementing new ways of working in the area of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Career & Performance Development and DEI.
- Significant project and program management experience with ability to balance multiple projects in various stages of design and delivery.
- Strong relationship skills; ability to build rapport with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and at varying levels of seniority including sensitivity and affinity with Work council and Union legislation & discussions.
- Excellent written and orally communication skills (business English) in order to bring a compelling story and engage stakeholders on new or existing people solutions.
- Pragmatic, hands on, innovative, able to put strategy into action in a fun way.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
