**Wie zijn wij?**
Fortior is een projectontwikkelaar, gespecialiseerd in de bouw én exploitatie van verschillende soorten vastgoed, zoals hotels, tweede verblijven, studentenhuisvesting en publieke parkings. Wij zijn een sterk groeiende onderneming met meer dan 60 medewerkers, die genieten van opleidingen, events en vooral een toffe werksfeer.
**Wat houdt de functie in?**
Als head of marketing bij Fortior maak je deel uit van het directieteam en heb je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de marketing van het volledige bedrijf. Dit bestaat zowel uit de marketing voor onze uitbatingen (hotels, parkings, studentenresidenties,) als marketing voor de verkoop van onze vastgoedprojecten. Als inspirerende leider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van de verschillende marketeers in onze teams in Brussel, Gent en Rijsel. Daarnaast zorg je voor operational excellence van de marketing afdeling door het opzetten en opvolgen van budgetten, processen, rapporteringstools,Je vertaalt de visie en strategie van de onderneming in een concreet marketing plan. Je geeft vorm aan alle processen, toetst die af aan de gezonde principes van de bedrijfscultuur en optimaliseert ze voortdurend. Je volgt deze processen en cijfers dan ook rigoureus op.
**Wie is onze ideale sales & marketing director?**
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma, liefst in een economische richting. Een bijkomende marketing opleiding is een sterke plus.
- Je bent spreekt Nederlands, maar je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans
- Je hebt 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als consultant in operational excellence, proces management of digital strategy. Ervaring binnen de vastgoedsector is zeker geen must, affiniteit met marketing wel.
- Je hebt kennis van CRM-systemen, marketing platformen en rapporteringstools
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen
- Je werkt efficiënt, kiest voor gezond verstand, daadkracht en besluitvaardigheid.
- Je kan procesmatig denken en hebt een trackrecord in het uitwerken en opzetten van procedures en het coachen en motiveren van medewerkers om deze te volgen
- Je hebt uitstekende peopleskills en een sterk empathisch vermogen, waarmee je mensen met diverse profielen kunt coachen en enthousiasmeren.
