Entourage is an integrated venture studio that builds and funds the next generation of B2B SaaS companies. We combine a Venture Studio (Entourage Studio) with a Venture Capital fund (Entourage Capital).
To further our mission, we are in search of a Head of Marketing to steer product and general campaigns, with a flair for devising and executing events that serve as magnets for top-tier talent, fostering community engagement and enhancing our brand's presence in the tech ecosystem.
**As Head of Marketing, your main responsibilities include**:
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content across various platforms to highlight our ventures, success stories, and event outcomes, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that elevate our brand identity within the SaaS and tech sectors.
- Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize and organize compelling events that resonate with the tech community, effectively drawing in prospective talent and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our marketing efforts and events are relevant and impactful.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside our HR and venture building teams to align event marketing with talent acquisition and venture growth objectives
**Requirements**:
- Experience working at a tech startup.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and the B2B SaaS market
- Creative and strategic thinker experienced in organizing captivating events
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events
- Strong communication skills (English) for crafting compelling messages
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment and build relationships
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms with emphasis on analytics
