We are looking for an out-of-this-world Head of Sales to join our team and introduce our innovative solutions to customers.

As the Head of Sales at Bizzy, you will be responsible for building, leading and mentoring our highly-motivated sales team(s) and actively setting out and implementing our sales strategy to tackle to Belgian, Dutch, and French markets(and we’ve only just begun )

This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home half of your time.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Strategic Development**: Together with our founders, you work out our overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- **Leadership**: you lead, mentor, and inspire our sales teams (in and in ). You help them grow and develop and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Process optimization**: Define and implement sales processes, best practices, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Business Development**: Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts, and develop tailored approaches to penetrate and expand our customer base.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction and product innovation. Because teamwork makes the dream work

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- **SaaS Sales Experience**: You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry. You have done this before and are eager to roll up your sleeves and do it again. You successfully scaled a sales team internationally and helped grow the business to $ 10 mil ARR;
- **Passion for Sales and Technology**: You have a deep passion for sales and technology and are eager to take a promising start-up to the next level.
- **Passion for people**: You **are a natural leader, enjoying interactions with your team and uplifting them to their full potential.
- **Entrepreneurial and Results-Driven Mindset**: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
- **Strong strategic thinking,** analytical skills, and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- **Social and Communicative**: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
