As an external consultant, we offer you a permanent contract in Brussels.

You will play a role in the management of facilities for our well-known client in the banking sector.

Description

  • You lead the General Services team to ensure it works effectively
together and in close co-operation with GSGRE cross border

colleagues to deliver professional customer-focused service;

  • You motivate and guide the local General Services team in the
performance of their duties and assist them to maximise their potential;

  • You advise and guide the team in the pursuit of their tasks at both a
day-day and strategic level;

  • You compile the annual budget for the provision of General
Services, and review expenditure on a monthly basis, ensuring

budget Plan is met;

  • You regularly review and provide innovative solutions to reduce
costs and provide value;

  • You ensure compliance with all regulatory and policy governance in
areas managed at all times, and ensure services and staff adhere to

policy and do not put company reputation at risk;

  • You ensure procedures are in place to minimise impact following
the invocation of the Company's business continuity plan;

  • You oversee the management information reporting is received and
filed in the Support Services file and accessible to all, and to

utilise Management Information to improve services and costs,

and mitigate risk and;

  • You manage the delivery of special projects related to the services
provided.

Profile

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate with both internal and external customers and service providers at all levels in a courteous and professional manner;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and logical thinking, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations
  • You are confident and reliable sufficient to represent the department and organization at all levels, internally and externally;
  • You are able to deal with difficult client/suppliers or situations;
  • You have a methodical approach and ability to think laterally in dealing with diverse situations;
  • You have strong leadership qualities and ability to delegate in accordance with the team's strengths and qualities;
  • You can easily update your knowledge on the range of services available to meet the needs of customers and the company;
  • You pay attention to details.
