Je voert in het kader van ISCC en RedCert duurzaamheidsaudits uit bij onze klanten.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- "Knowledge is Key", na een aantal opleidingsdagen op het hoofdkantoor, aangevuld met externe training; vergezel je de lead auditor om je vers opgedane kennis om te zetten in "the field";
- Na deze inwerkperiode ben je klaar om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Je vertrekt van thuis richting je eerste klant. Je gaat aan de hand van de gevoerde administratie, interviews met medewerkers en een bedrijfsbezoek na of aan alle voorschriften van het auditschema werd voldaan. Eventuele niet-conformiteiten kader je op een rustige manier aan de klant;
- Na je audit van die dag, vertrek je naar huis en denk je ondertussen na hoe je jouw notities gaat omzetten in een onderbouwd auditrapport;
- Je wordt bijgestaan door je collega-auditoren en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan je operations manager. Met hem zit je samen om je functioneren te overlopen;
- Jouw rol: als "sustainability auditor" voel je je thuis in de voedings- en landbouwindustrie en stel je jouw expertise ten dienste. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van je certificatiewerkzaamheden betreffende de duurzaamheid van landbouwbedrijven. Verder fungeer je als "boegbeeld" van SGS richting onze klanten.
- Je volgde een hogere opleiding en dit in een wetenschappelijke richting, denk maar aan bio-ingenieur, agricultuur, milieuwetenschappen, ..;
- Deze academische achtergrond kan je aanvullen met enkele jaren werkervaring in een certificatie- of kwaliteitsmanagement functie of een job met verantwoordelijkheid in de agriculturele sector;
- Je zit niet graag achter een bureau en je hebt graag eens een ander uitzicht. Met andere woorden je deinst niet terug voor verplaatsingen en afwisselende omgevingen;
- Je standaard werkgebied bevindt zich binnen de Benelux maar je bent bereid af en toe te reizen binnen Europa;
- Je houdt van zelfstandig werken, je bezit een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je bijt je graag vast in technische dossiers;
- Kennis van ISCC- en/of REDcert-certificatie zijn een grote plus, maar met een leergierige ingesteldheid kunnen wij jou er wegwijs in maken;
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht, zeker wanneer het systeem van de klant niet aan jouw audit voldoet;
- Je bijnaam is "nauwkeurigheid", en dit is te merken in de rapporten die je opmaakt;
- Je kan vlot schakelen van 'goedemorgen' naar 'bonjour' en 'good morning'.
