As an administrative clerk, you will work closely with your 4 colleagues' in your team in support of the Employee Benefits department.
Description
- entering data into the follow-up system
- organizing the guard classification system
- simple management operations: data entry, group insurance connection, etc.
- follow-up of outgoing and incoming dossiers benefits
- other support functions for the management teams.
Profile
- You have at least a high school diploma, preferably in office/trade
- Experience in an administrative position or knowledge of the employee benefits sector is a plus.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French
- You are fluent in Word and Excel
- You work efficiently, fast and accurately, you are stress resistant, flexible, independent and enjoy working in a team.
