Director, Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) - Transformation Lead:
Leadership of the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) deployed as a key enterprise-wide planning & decision-making process.
CCC brings together the Commercial, Finance and Supply functions in Vaccines to help make better business decisions that create value for our company, our customers, patients and consumers by delivering the right product to the right place, at the right time, whilst managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overall process owner for vaccines core commercial cycle including overall leadership of brand S&OPs/Global demand review; commercial lead at global supply review meeting (GSRM) and operational responsibility; secretary for executive S&OP (including defining principles for effective ways of working e.g., DIA framework).
- Aligning eS&OP agenda topics with senior stakeholders especially SVP GVC and senior leadership in GIO. Accountable for defining the forward plan
- Delivery of the CCC to a demand led model in collaboration with the GSK supply chain transformation team
- Accountable for an accurate demand signal to GIO minimising inventory risk, whilst maximising doses to meet opportunities
- Accountable for processes following any supply cuts to define a new supply plan s aligned with LOC prioritisation principles
- Evolution of CCC team accountabilities and the global brand teams in CCC decision making
- Leadership, management and coaching of 3 managers, plus oversight of an aligned external vendor team
- Key contributor to commercial operations leadership team and corporate CCC team

- Ability to communicate complex situations into clear actions and focus
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Preferred background in Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance or Consumer Goods / FMCG sector
- Able to champion and lead across different functions and geographies/cultures
- Experience of global supply chain either directly or indirectly (eg as a member of a brand team)
- Team Leadership experience
- Experience of leading multifunctional teams within a matrix environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across a global organisation
- Working knowledge of business change and engagement activities required for large scale changes to business processes, people capability and technology
- Experience of the commercialisation process
- Large scale business transformation experience preferred
