We willen een grote glimlach op het gezicht van onze klanten toveren door hoogstaande
klantenservice te bieden. Hoe je dat bereikt, dat laten we volledig aan jou over. Je herkent jezelf wel
in de volgende eigenschappen:
Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen.
Je spreekt de klant niet aan met Zijne Majesteit, maar je begrijpt wel dat de klant koning is.
-Je hebt net zo veel empathie als een psycholoog.
-Je kunt net zo probleemoplossend denken als ze bij NASA doen.
-Je bent flexibeler dan een ballerina in het Zwanenmeer.
-Je kunt wisselen van eine Sprache à une autre langue zonder met je ogen te knipperen.
