Binnen de afdeling Business Operations Non-Life (niet-leven verzekeringen), is het team Billing verantwoordelijk voor de integrale opvolging van de premiebetalingen van onze portfolio en dit voor de niet-leven producten van alle merken van de P&V Groep.

Een dergelijke verantwoordelijkheid impliceert de nodige interactie (met interne en externe klanten), kennis en toepassing van de geldende wettelijke regels en richtlijnen binnen het bedrijf wat betreft debiteurenbeheer én een oprechte betrokkenheid en sterk leiderschap naar het team van beheerders Betwiste Zaken, opdat gezamenlijk de vooropgestelde bedrijfsobjectieven worden behaald.

Voor het team gevestigd in het hoofdkantoor in Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een Team Lead voor het aansturen, het coördineren en motiveren van de medewerkers volgens de principes van Operational Excellence om een optimale kwaliteit van dienstverlening te garanderen.

Je taken
- Je begeleidt, leidt en ondersteunt een team van een 10-15 tal personen, dat instaat voor het opvolgen van vorderingen (debiteuren) met het oog op een maximaal incasso en conform de geldende wettelijke regels en richtlijnen van het bedrijf. Je speelt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van elk individueel team lid en het team in zijn totaliteit. n geval van complexe dossiers, ga je zelf mee zoeken naar oplossingen van gerapporteerde problemen of klachten en geeft bijstand aan het team.
- Je bekijkt kritisch de huidige processen en procedures, gaat actief op zoek naar optimalisatie (in werkverdeling, rapportering,) en implementeert vernieuwingen, opdat bepaalde risico's verder kunnen beperkt worden, het incassoproces van A tot Z zo efficiënt mogelijk blijft en de KPI's van het team gerealiseerd worden.
- Je waakt erover dat alle externe stakeholders (ook makelaars en agenten), zich betrokken voelen bij de processen.
- Je stemt af met andere teams (operations non-life, schade, sales) voor het escaleren en / of oplossen van problemen, het opvolgen van complexe dossiers, het doorgeven van correcte data, rapporteringen en adviezen.
- Je bent mede-verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging en streeft samen met het team ernaar om met mínimale kosten en inspanning een maximaal incasso te realiseren en een mínimale escalatie naar betwiste zaken te vrijwaren.
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan je management wat betreft KPI's en projecten.
- Je neemt actief deel aan changetrajecten die raakvlakken hebben met het domein van billing.

Je profiel
- Je hebt minimum een Bachelor diploma, aangevuld met aantoonbare ervaring in debiteurenbeheer.
- Heb je daarenboven ervaring als team lead, dan is dit zeker een pluspunt.
- Kennis van de verzekeringswereld is een plus.
- Je hebt ervaring met het stellen en beheren van uitdagende doelen voor je team, om de incassoprestaties te verbeteren. Je hebt aandacht voor procedures en de naleving en verbetering hiervan.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans (mondeling/schriftelijk). Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met het vermogen om op alle niveaus te werken, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent een geboren leider, communicatie is jouw sterke kant.
- Je hebt het vermogen om kalm te blijven onder druk om strakke deadlines te halen en weet hoe je team te begeleiden en bufferen in dergelijke situaties.
- Je bent bereid de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je team en hun performance en staat open om elk individueel team lid te begeleiden en ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling.
- De strategie van de P&V Groep is je kompas in de dagelijkse werking van het team.
