**Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Billing Assistant for one of our clients, an international company located in Brussels.

The Billing Assistant will be in charge of managing the billing process :
create, review, correct and send invoices

Salary package :
competitive salary package in line with experience.

The role is inclusive of, but not limited to:
***- Ensure that client invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner

  • Work closely with clients to resolve any billing issues and ensure that payments are received on time
  • Update records with new payments and customer information
  • Monitor client pipeline through a Control System
  • Prepare reports and documents related to invoices

Essential Skills and Experience:

***- You are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)

  • You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • You have 2 years of relevant experience in Professional or Legal Services Billing
  • You have good communication and organizational skills
  • You are a serviceoriented team player
