Je functie en takenpakket

Jouw job bestaat uit twee luiken. Enerzijds ben je actief als productieplanner, anderzijds volg je algemene verbeteringsprojecten op die gelinkt zijn aan de supply chain van de afdeling Metaalassemblage. Op vlak van productieplanning ben je samen met jouw collega-productieplanners de centrale schakel tussen de afdelingen Verkoop en Productie en de klant.

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle partijen en bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte administratieve opvolging, van de orderbevestiging tot en met de verzending via ons ERP-pakket. Je draagt ook bij aan de optimalisatie van het parameterbeheer binnen dat systeem.
  • In overeenkomst met de collega-materiaalbehoefteplanner stel je tijdig het nodige materiaal ter beschikking in functie van een optimale productieplanning en -sturing. Je realiseert m.a.w. een economisch verantwoord voorraadniveau, van waaruit aflevering aan de klant gebeurt. Zo willen we onze klanten maximaal tevredenstellen.
  • Je ondersteunt de Supply Chain manager in het analyseren van het supply chain proces en het uitvoeren van nieuwe projecten. Je werpt een kritische blik op de supply chain en bent de centrale draaischijf om eventuele bottlenecks te ondervangen. In nauwe samenwerking met productieverantwoordelijken en in samenspraak met de Supply Chain Manager onderneem je de nodige acties.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

    Profiel
    Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur supply chain management of een andere logistieke richting. Relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
    - Je bent analytisch sterk, denkt out of the box en getuigt van een gezonde dosis ondernemerschap. Je bent besluitvaardig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
    - Je bent een teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Meertaligheid (NL, FR en EN) is een pluspunt.
    - Je bent vertrouwd met Excel. Kennis van SAP is een extra troef.
