Mission

Le groupe Eurostar rassemble entreprises ferroviaires (Eurostar International Limited (EIL) et THI Factory (THIF) opérant au Royaume-Uni, dans le tunnel sous la Manche et dans l'Union européenne.

Le département Stations est en charge de l'exploitation des gares exploitées par THIF en Belgique dont le Terminal Transmanche. Il supervise les départs des trains, la gestion des flux et l'expérience client en gare grâce à des équipes opérationnelles en charge de délivrer le service attendu par Eurostar group.

Le Head of Stations Belgium & Germany est responsable de la performance de la sécurité, de la production, du service, et du budget des terminaux Transmanche et des gares desservies par les trains Eurostar en France (9 gares, 250 membres du personnel, 34 millions d'euros de budget) afin de soutenir la réalisation des objectifs de l'entreprise. Il est en charge la supervision des opérations dans l'ensemble des terminaux et des gares desservies en Belgique et Allemagne.

En tant que Head of Station Belgium and Germany vous assurerez les missions suivantes : Garantir la sécurité et la sûreté des clients gares, des personnels et des sous-traitants
- Etre responsable du management opérationnel de la performance des Terminaux Transmanche et gares desservies par Eurostar en Belgique / Allemagne et de la réalisation de la promesse de service Eurostar aux clients. Vous pilotez les managers et les prestataires dans la réalisation et l'amélioration, en situation normale et perturbée;
- Etre le garant de la performance de la production et de la ponctualité origine;
- Etre responsable de la qualité de service de Eurostar group dans les gares;
- Gèrer les relations avec les autorités françaises et belges;
- Piloter les contrats d'exploitation;
- Veiller au maintien du dialogue social en vue de réussir à mettre en œuvre la stratégie de l'entreprise;

De Eurostar-groep verenigt spoorwegmaatschappijen (Eurostar International Limited (EIL) en THI Factory (THIF)) die actief zijn in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de Kanaaltunnel en de Europese Unie.

De afdeling Stations is verantwoordelijk voor de exploitatie van de stations die door THIF in België worden uitgebaat, met inbegrip van de Kanaaltunnelterminal. Het houdt toezicht op het vertrek van treinen, het beheer van de verkeersstromen en de klantenervaring in de stations, dankzij operationele teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het leveren van de service die de Eurostar-groep verwacht.

Het Hoofd Stations België & Duitsland is verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, productie, service en budgetprestaties van de terminals en stations over het Kanaal die worden bediend door Eurostar-treinen in Frankrijk (9 stations, 250 personeelsleden, budget van €34 miljoen) om de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van het bedrijf te ondersteunen. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op alle terminals en stations in België en Duitsland.

Als Hoofd Station België en Duitsland ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele beheer van de prestaties van de Cross-Channel Terminals en stations bediend door Eurostar in België/Duitsland en voor het leveren van de Eurostar service belofte aan klanten. Je leidt de managers en dienstverleners in de uitvoering en verbetering, in normale en verstoorde situaties;
- Garanderen van productieprestaties en originele stiptheid;
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de servicekwaliteit van de Eurostar-groep in de stations;
- De relaties met de Franse en Belgische autoriteiten beheren;
- Exploitatiecontracten beheren;
- Ervoor zorgen dat de sociale dialoog in stand wordt gehouden met het oog op een succesvolle uitvoering van de strategie van het bedrijf;

Vous disposez de:

- Un niveau avancé dans l'exploitation ferroviaire;
- Un niveau avancé du management opérationnel;
- Un niveau moyen de la gestion de la sécurité ferroviaire;
- Un niveau avancé del'excellence opérationnelle et gestion de la qualité;
- Un niveau avancé de la gestion de projet;
- Un niveau avancé de la communication et négociation;
- Un niveau avancé de la gestion de budget/ finances;
- Un niveau avancé en français et en anglais.
