Functie-informatie:

Spring Professional is looking for a marketing manager for one of its clients in the telecom's world.

This will be your tasks and responsibilities as a marketing manager:

  • You work out a marketing strategy and flesh out more tactical aspects of the marketing plan. This includes things like launching campaigns, promotional offers,But also creating and conceiving promotional frameworks and campaigns.
  • As digital marketing strategies are nowadays an important element of the marketing plans, you also establish those frameworks.
  • You are responsible for the entire STP process (segmentation, targeting and positioning), and you are the key point of contact between Sales & Care, Product Management, MarCom and many other stakeholders of your projects.
  • You are able to adapt your plans and anticipate on evolutions in the market, because you continuously monitor the market evolutions and competitors.
  • You initiate commercial activities, follow up on them and keep them on track based on the KPIs defined in the commercial road map.

Functie-eisen:

  • You write and speak English fluently but are also able to communicate in Dutch or French.
  • You have at least three years of relevant experience, in GTM management, brand management or product management, for example.
  • Conceptual thinking and establishing scenarios belong to your strengths. You're at ease with taking strategic decisions and have no problem defending these decisions at various hierarchical levels within the organization.
  • Customer engagement is your middle name. You effortlessly identify with a target group and understand their needs.
  • You're a digital marketing hero. You know all the tools and techniques and use them readily to achieve your goals.
  • You have an analytical mindset. Interpreting data and using those insights will help you take wellfounded decisions and monitor business performance.

Aanbod:

You will work at a well-known company in the telecom's world.

The project at our client is a temporary project for at least three months, but that duration can be extended.

As a consultant you get offered a permanent contract at Spring Professional, but this project can also be done on freelance basis.


You will be working three days from the office in Mechelen and will have the opportunity to work the other two days from home.

The salary will be based on your experience.
