Als Content Team Coordinator leg je in samenwerking met de Marketing & Communication Director de inhoud, het redactionele beleid, de planning en de output van onze externe communicatie vast, met als doel om ons publiek op een zo'n aantrekkelijk mogelijke manier op de hoogte te brengen van de activiteiten van Bozar, op zowel artistiek, institutioneel als commercieel niveau. Deze communicatie verloopt via verschillende kanalen: van papier tot de sociale - en audiovisuele media. Je hebt de leiding over een team van Copywriters, Grafische Vormgevers, twee Social Media Officers, een Mediaplanner en een Video Content Creator.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volgende aspecten:
**Content Strategie**:
- Je staat in voor de verdere uitwerking en implementatie van de content strategie, in nauw overleg met de Director Marketing & Communication
- Je bedenkt verhalen om de reputatie en het 'thought leadership' van Bozar verder uit te bouwen en te versterken.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de content afgestemd is op de fase van de marketing funnel waarin de klant zich bevindt om optimaal te begeleiden doorheen het aankoopproces.
- Je bent de bewaker van het redactionele en grafische charter van Bozar en garandeert de merkconsistentie doorheen alle communicatie.
- Je staat in voor het opstellen en implementeren van stijlgidsen, templates en briefings voor content creatie.
- Je volgt de data-analyses over de gepubliceerde content met interesse op, aangereikt door de data-analyst, met als doel om de content plannen te blijven optimaliseren, in nauw overleg met de marketeers.
**Content Planning & Creatie**
- en radiospots, videocontent, podcasts, seizoensbrochure, programmabrochures.
- Je beheert en coördineert de content kalender en de wekelijkse redactiemeeting.
- Je bent helemaal mee met digitale content formats en kanalen. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen op jouw vakgebied (vb. AI en chat GPT), je bekijkt in hoeverre deze kunnen aangewend in onze communicatie en je en je stimuleert je medewerkers om hiermee aan de slag te gaan.
- Je beheert de samenwerking met externe leveranciers waaronder een vertaalbureau.
- Je gaat op actief op zoek naar oplossingen en tools om de samenwerking rond de content life cyclus - in het eigen team, met de artistieke programmatoren, de box office en met externe partners - zo efficiënt mogelijk te organiseren.
- Je beheert het budget voor content creatie.
**Teamcoördinatie**
- Je staat in voor de coordinatie van het team Je bespreekt met hen de editoriale kalender die bepaalt welke communicatie, wanneer en via welk kanaal zal verschijnen en je organiseert de praktische uitwerking hiervan: tekst, fotografie, video en grafisch ontwerp.
- Je plant de taken van alle teamleden met een duidelijke tijdslijn. Je motiveert en ondersteunt hen. Als eindverantwoordelijke sta je in voor de opvolging van deze activiteiten en controleer je de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat.
- Je neemt deel aan diverse interne vergaderingen om zo goed op de hoogte te blijven van het artistieke project, en je zorgt ook voor de doorstroom van informatie naar het team.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master, bij voorkeur op het gebied van marketing, communicatie, journalistiek en je hebt minstens 5 jaar professionele ervaring in een coördinerende rol op het gebied van content management
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het creëren van marketing content
- Je hebt een kennis van groeiende doelgroepen en het vaststellen van doelgroepen.
- Je hebt een uitstekend begrip van de publicatievereisten voor digitale platforms.
- Je hebt kennis van opkomende digitale technologieën en oog voor digitale trends, inclusief het vermogen om te valideren wat werkt.
