- **Analyste métier**:

- Comprendre le fonctionnement du domaine métier assigné par le chef de projet.
- Maintenir des contacts réguliers avec le chef de projet métier et l'utilisateur clé.
- Avoir une connaissance approfondie des processus métier, des acteurs et des données du domaine.
- **Gestion de la demande**:

- Répertorier les demandes métier dans un catalogue.
- Les ajouter à la feuille de route définie pour le domaine métier.
- **Analyste fonctionnel**:

- Rédiger les analyses fonctionnelles pour chaque projet assigné par le chef de projet.
- Valider les analyses fonctionnelles avec le sponsor métier, l'utilisateur clé côté métier, le chef de projet côté métier et son chef de projet.
- **Support**:

- Assister l'équipe support dans l'encadrement fonctionnel des incidents.
- Assister l'équipe de développement dans l'encadrement fonctionnel des développements.
- **Scénarios de test**:

- Assister le testeur dans la rédaction des scénarios de test.
