In opvolging van het huidige mobiele toestel gebruikt door treinbegeleiders (=ITRIS), wordt er zocht naar twee Senior Functionele Analisten om het project DITA (Digital Train Assistant) te begeleiden. Een eerste focus zal liggen op de App “Controle, Tickets & Fines” voor treinbegeleiding.

Momenteel wordt er gezocht naar twee Senior Functionele Consultants.

Deze consultants zullen samen een UXer, technical leads en developers deel uitmaken van het Controle, Tickets & Fines scrum team.

Gezien de aard van het project wordt er gezocht naar senior medewerkers.

De betrokken consultants zullen meewerken in een team dat onder andere verantwoordelijk is om de business behoeften binnen NMBS Passenger Transport te vertalen in een UI design, functionele en technische analyses, en deze door te geven aan de ontwikkelaars. Ook testen, documenteren en PRD deployment voorbereiding en ondersteuning behoren tot het takenpakket van dit team.

Alle medewerkers zullen deel uitmaken van het delivery team ‘Business Applications & Assets Rail Information” binnen BRITY (Belgian Rail & Information Technology YPTO).
- Voor de senior Functionele Analist
- Je gebruikt je ervaring als functioneel/technisch analist om een ondersteunende toepassing voor treinbegeleiders te analyseren
- Je staat in, in samenspraak met NMBS business, voor het verzamelen van de business behoeften en deze uit te werken in functioneel en technische analyses
- Je doet functionele verbetervoorstellen voor bestaande applicaties, en zorgt dat deze applicaties beter aansluiten bij de behoeften op het terrein
- Je analyseert bugs en data kwaliteitsproblemen in de NMBS applicaties, en doet voorstellen om deze op te lossen
- Van toepassing op alle profielen
- Je documenteert mee processen/informatiestromen en applicaties
- Je schrijft mee testscenario’s uit
- Je neemt deel aan (regressie)testen in het kader van in-productiestellingen
- Je werkt nauw samen met de NMBS business, en de andere Business & Information analisten binnen de BRITY Business Applications & Assets - Rail Information
- Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor NMBS business, functionele analisten, developers, solution architecten, enterprise architecten
- Je neemt actief deel aan de agile aanpak
- Je werkt mee aan de opbouw van rapporten en dashboards voor sleutelgebruikers en management
- Goed analytisch en technisch inzicht
- Goede communicatie skills
- Goede samenwerking skills
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het gevraagde expertise domein (geen schoolverlaters)
- Ervaring in het design van informatica applicaties is een voordeel
- Goede kennis als gebruiker van informatica pakketten oa MS Office, Sparx EA,
- Kennis van het.net framework is een voordeel
- Ervaring in projectwerking, ervaring in SAFE
- Resultaat gerichte ingesteldheid
- Elke ervaring binnen de spoorwegsector is een aanzienlijk voordeel
- Master of gelijkwaardig
- U beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de gevraagde rol (geen schoolverlaters)
- Frans en/of Nederlands, gesproken & geschreven. Goede kennis Engels is een must.
- Project georiënteerde persoonlijkheid met een teamspeler houding
- Zin voor initiatief en goede communicatievaardigheden
- Probleemoplossende ingesteldheid
- U bent stressbestendig
- Prestatiegericht: bereikt de doelen die opgesteld zijn door de project manager en toont bereidheid om die te overtreffen
