De teamleader Buitenrijden werkt in de Business Unit Bus (BUB) en staat in voor het dagelijkse beheer van het personeel, de organisatie van de planning en het materiaal en de werktuigen (voertuigen in de garage/stelplaats en werktuigen voor de herstelling en/of het slepen van de voertuigen) met als doel zo snel mogelijk kwaliteitsvol werk af te leveren volgens de geldende procedures (beheer, kwaliteit, veiligheid).
Jouw opdrachten zijn voornamelijk de volgende:
- Beheer van het buiten
- en binnenrijden van de voertuigen (planning buiten
- en binnenrijden van de voertuigen, ondersteuning van jouw teams in geval van problemen, rapportering van de activiteiten en communicatie met andere interne partijen).
- Beheer van een onderhoudsteam (leiding over 5 à 15 personen): de activiteiten plannen, toezien op de goede werking van het team, zorgen voor de integratie van het personeel en toezien op hun opleiding, de middelen en interne communicatie beheren (het team op de hoogte brengen van boodschappen van de directie in verband met regels en organisatieveranderingen, nieuwe onderhoudsprocedures,).
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Een algemene kennis van mechanica, pneumatiek, elektriciteit, specifieke motoren, versnellingsbakken
- Een goede kennis van de veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsprocedures
- Goede IT-kennis (MS Office), een basiskennis van SAP / SVOI
- Praktische kennis van de tweede landstaal
- Goede leidinggevende vaardigheden: leadershipvaardigheden, kunnen motiveren, sensibiliseren en conflicten kunnen beheren
