Om ons departement Finance & Procurement te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Business Partner.
Om ons departement Finance te versterken, zijn we voor het Controlling team op zoek naar een Finance Business Partner (M/V/X).
Vanuit deze functie ondersteun je het departement Real Estate en ben je de contactpersoon voor opex, revenue, capex, FTE.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:
Je werkt mee aan de maandelijkse afsluiting, het provisieproces, analyse en rapportering van de resultatenrekening; Je werkt samen met het departement voor het opstellen van budget; Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van de kwartaal vooruitzichten (forecasts); Je geeft ondersteuning bij het uitstippelen van het 5-jaarlijks businessplan; Je optimaliseert de opvolgingsprocedures en kostbeheersing van het departement; Je stelt financiële analyses op, business cases en biedt proactief financiële ondersteuning bij grote bedrijfsprojecten; Je rapporteert naar het management en naar de verantwoordelijken van het departement; Je managet een team van 2 personen.Wat jou onderscheidt:
Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring inclusief minstens 5 jaar ervaring in controlling (audit, financiële of business controle), ervaring in Real Estate is een plus; Je vindt je weg in ERP en budgetsystemen, daarnaast kan je ook werken met reporting systemen en MS Excel; Je hebt uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en getuigt van kritische zin; Je bent communicatief, assertief en diplomatisch; Je bent planmatig, je werkt op een onafhankelijke manier en je houdt je strikt aan vastgestelde deadlines; Je bent flexibel en je kunt werken met veranderende prioriteiten; Je beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
