Carrefour België is één van de meest toonaangevende en innoverende retailers in België. Wij beschikken over 700 winkels, verdeeld over verschillende winkelconcepten: Carrefour Hypermarkten, Carrefour Market, Carrefour Express en

**MISSIE**

**Als National Security Manager beschrijf en bepaal je het Security beleid conform de wettelijke en kwalitatieve bepalingen (o.a. wet tot regeling van de private en bijzondere veiligheid).**

**Je ontwikkelt een beleid op **korte en lange termijn dat erop gericht is om de efficiëntie, de klantgerichtheid en rentabiliteit van Carrefour te verbeteren en Carrefour een concurrentieel voordeel te bezorgen.**

**De **vier pijlers** van dit Security beleid zijn**:

- de veiligheid van en het veiligheidsgevoel bij klanten en personeel**:

- vermijden**
- **beheren en beheersen van agressie**
- **de strijd tegen de criminele verliezen in de winkels**
- **economische waarde creëren**
- **Je implementeert het beleid in de verschillende Business Units van Carrefour en volgt op dat de externe bewakingsondernemingen en de verschillende interne stakeholders het beleid correct uitvoeren.**
- **Je werkt nauw samen met de manager Technological Security die de technologie verzekert binnen het vakgebied van Risk Management (Security en arbeidsveiligheid).**
- **Je staat in al jouw verantwoordelijkheden steeds ten dienste van je klant: de franchisenemers, de geïntegreerde winkels en het hoofdkantoor.**

**FUNCTIE/VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**

**Strategisch**
- **Je werkt de beleidsnota Security uit, zorgt ervoor dat deze past binnen een Security beleid dat future proof is en dat deze steeds actueel is**
- **Je zorgt voor een uitgewerkt en steeds actueel globaal actieplan dat uitvoering geeft aan de beleidsnota**
- **Je zorgt ervoor steeds à jour te zijn op vlak van Security expertise en gebruikt deze actief in de strategie-ontwikkeling en de dagelijkse werking**
- **Je bent mede-verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van het strategisch plan van permanente modernisering en dit op basis van een op objectieve data gedreven ROI**
- **Je bouwt actief mee aan de Risk Management cultuur van Carrefour**

**Analytisch**
- **Je stelt systematisch de huidige werking in vraag**
- **Je stelt optimalisaties voor die een economische meerwaarde creëren**
- **Je volgt de ROI van ontwikkelingen en aanpassingen op en verhoogt die systematisch**
- **Je evalueert de security contractors / bewakingsfirma's waarmee we samenwerken**

**Organisatorisch**
- **Je coördineert en implementeert de security strategie door ervoor te zorgen dat de de verschillende concepten en procedures betreffende beveiliging en de toepassing ervan gekend zijn en toegepast worden**
- **Je optimaliseert processen, procedures en informatie onder meer op basis van feedback vanuit de winkels**
- **Je stelt, samen met de winkelverantwoordelijken en het hoofdkantoor, actieplannen op, begeleidt de winkels en het hoofdkantoor in de uitvoering ervan en stuurt bij waar nodig**
- **Je ontwikkelt en coördineert de flex-acties**
- **Je staat in voor de controle op het organiseren en uitvoeren van de uitgangscontroles bij het personeel**
- **Je volgt de Risk Compliance Audits in de winkels op**

**Operationeel**
- **Je verzekert de dagelijkse opvolging van statische bewaking**
- **Je verzekert de dagelijkse opvolging van de winkelinspectie**
- **stuurt bewakingsondernemingen bij**
- **Je verzekert een rapportage over de performantie van de bewakingsondernemingen**
- **Je volgt de contractuele afspraken met externe bewakingsondernemingen op evenals de vereiste dat ze klant georiënteerd werken**
- **Je volgt het aantal interpellaties op en stuurt bij in functie van de vooropgestelde objectieven**
- **Je volgt de gerecupereerde waarde en de interpellatie-ratio's op en stuurt bij in functie van de vooropgestelde objectieven. Stelt in samenwerking met de bewakingsondernemingen actieplannen op om de criminele verliezen te reduceren**
- **Je volgt de budgetten bewaking per winkel op en stuurt bij waar nodig**
- **Je beantwoordt klachten van klanten, analyseert ze en zorgt voor een structurele oplossing**
- **Je verwerkt politionele aanvragen**

**Adviserend**
- **Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de (regionale) directies zowel voor franchise
- als voor geïntegreerde winkels en voor de winkels zelf en voor de politionele diensten**
- **Je geeft adviezen op basis van analyses, verkregen data en expertise**

**People Management**
- **Je inspireert elk lid van het team om het beste van zichzelf te geven**
- **Je bouwt een gebalanceerd team en een levendige samenwerking uit**
- **Je ontwikkelt de expertise, het professionalisme en de customer focus van het team en van elk van de teamleden**
