- Plannen, leiden en coördineren van activiteiten met betrekking tot technologie- en bedrijfsprojecten voor een bepaalde business unit als projectsponsor
- Aansturen van internationale projectteams die de projecten in de verschillende fasen van de projectlevenscyclus implementeren, waarbij voortdurend naar creatieve manieren wordt gezocht om de mogelijkheden van technologische systemen te vergroten om aan de bedrijfsbehoeften te voldoen, deels door gebruik te maken van opkomende technologieën en deels door bestaande technologieën aan te passen aan de behoeften van de klant
- Beheren van interne en externe systeem-/applicatieontwikkelingsprojecten binnen toegewezen gebieden, van concept tot succesvolle implementatie
- Managen van projectstakeholders, scope, kosten, planning, kwaliteit, inkoop, risico's, communicatie en projectteambronnen (zie hieronder voor een meer gedetailleerde beschrijving)
- Nauw samenwerken met de resourcemanager om tijdig de benodigde middelen voor het project te verkrijgen door een nauwkeurige prognose op basis van de WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) op te stellen
- Evalueren samen met de business Lpl (Line Principle) of sponsor de business case op regelmatige basis, minimaal bij elke GateWay (evaluatiemoment), en de resultaten communiceren aan het PMO-team (Project Management Office) als input voor Portfoliomanagement
- Voorstellen en verdedigen van projecttechnologiestrategieën bij het senior management van Hme Isd om goedkeuring te krijgen om verder te gaan in lijn met de. Isd-strategie

- Vermogen om interne en externe ontwikkelingsprojecten te leiden van initiatie tot succesvolle implementatie
- Grondige kennis van het softwareontwikkelingsproces, inclusief het verzamelen van vereisten, analyse/ontwerp, ontwikkelingshulpmiddelen/technologieën, release/versiebeheer, moderne testmethodologieën en deploymentbeheer
- Sterke analyse-, ontwerp- en implementatie-ervaring met technologieën
- De kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring in WBS, planning, budgettering, risk management
- Solide projectmanagementvaardigheden met multitasking-vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere kleine tot grote projecten in een cross-functionele omgeving te beheren
- Vermogen om PMI-praktijken toe te passen om het project te beheren
- Vermogen om te functioneren onder een dubbele rapportagelijn (IT, klanten)
- Vermogen om projecten parallel te beheren
- Vermogen om te reizen om verschillende stakeholders te ontmoeten
- Werkt zelfstandig en neemt de nodige initiatieven om het project vooruit te helpen zodat het zijn doelstellingen op het gebied van Kwaliteit, Kosten en Tijd (QCD) behaalt
- Grondige kennis van projectmethoden, waaronder watervalmethode (Waterfall) en/of Agile
- Technische vaardigheid in Hardware en systeemexploitatie software, evenals ervaring met het implementeren van pakketten en het samenwerken met leveranciers
