Lead Developer
Functieomschrijving: Ben jij klaar om je codeervaardigheden naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Jouw taken zullen omvatten:
  • Leiderschap: Je leidt een agile ontwikkelteam van vijf personen en werkt aan boeiende projecten die onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunen.
  • Technische Expertise: Je bent de technische expert binnen het team en helpt bij het oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met belanghebbenden zoals de IT PO, andere dev leads, productmanagers en zakelijke partners om projectvereisten te begrijpen en te zorgen dat de ontwikkeling aan de verwachtingen voldoet.
  • Kwaliteit: Samen met de test engineer in je team zorg je voor het behalen van kwaliteitsdoelen.
  • Teamontwikkeling: Je ondersteunt teamleden door middel van technische coaching.
  • Innovatie: Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen en draagt bij aan de technische innovatie binnen het team en de organisatie.

Vereisten:
  • Bachelor IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Brede kennis van development (zoals .Net, JS, VueJS, etc.).
  • Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring als development lead.
  • Diepgaande technische kennis en een passie voor innovatie.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te inspireren.
  • Ervaring met multi-tech architectuur, object-georiënteerd programmeren, UML, test-driven development, en design patterns.
  • Klantgerichtheid en service zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en verwacht.
  • Kennis van SDLC, Agile, Scrum, KanBan, Dry, Solid, Kiss en Azure DevOps.
