Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job

This is a full-time assignment that will start as soon as possible for a period of one year, renewable. Part of the mission can, in consultation with the manager, be done remotely, but a presence on the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days a week is mandatory.

Description:

Technical Architect - Technical Designer Digital Workplace. The client is looking for a Technical Architect / Technical Designer with very good knowledge of Intune and M365, who will mainly be onboarded in multiple new projects but also in technical evolving requests.

You will be required to:
- Define new solutions related to Intune and Microsoft 365 products;
- Participate in a pro-active technology watch in the field of the Digital workplace and the M365 ecosystem;
- Actively collaborate with Digital Workplace system administrators to guide them in the build 15 phases of the architectures produced.
More concretely and specifically, it is expected that you will have expertise and extensive experience in conceptualizing solutions on all types of endpoints (Laptop, desktop and mobile Windows PC, Windows Shared PC, iOS Smartphones and tablets, Android smartphones and tablets, etc.) in Modern Management through Intune/Autopilot/whiteglove but also on all M365 products (Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc ) in a complex environment of more than 7,000 devices and more than 3000 users.
-It will also be expected to have a proven expertise of at least 5 years as a Digital Workplace Technical Architect.

Main tasks:
- Translate the business needs and the solution imagined by the Solution Architect into coherent technical architectures.
- Be able to identify the gap between business needs and technical possibilities related to certain applications or physical components.
- Identify the opportunities and risks of the proposed solutions.
- Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including network engineers, system administrators and security specialists, to ensure the seamless integration of Digital Workplace solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of documentation for the implemented solution.
- Ensure and involve operational resources. Be able to manage operational transitions to support teams.
- Ensure designs and deployments comply with internal security policies and architecture references.
- Optimize infrastructure configurations to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Expected skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Workplace/M365 Technical Architect in an environment similar to the client (> 1000 users): minimum 5 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and M365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc ).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Intune: Platform design (WhiteGlove, Autopilot, Compliance Policies, Intune Packaging, Intune Policies, conditional access, etc.).
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Cloud identity solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, AAD Connect).
- Good knowledge of security aspects in a Microsoft Cloud environment.
- Advanced understanding of basic network services DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc
- The person must be autonomous, able to work in a team with a very good ability to communicate. He must be able
to adapt to these interlocutors, whether they are technical or not. He must be able to be assertive when necessary and must be able to go beyond his role as Technical Architect if necessary (Project Management Task, Solution Architect, budget calculation, writing specifications or SLAs, technical implementation in tools, etc.).
