Ons verhaal start in 1985, toen onze oprichter Robert Walters onze eerste vestiging in het centrum van Londen opende. Sindsdien zijn we uitgegroeid tot een zeer succesvolle en beursgenoteerde rekruteringsspecialist. Vandaag zijn we actief in diverse markten in 31 landen wereldwijd.

Over de functie

Als Recruitment Consultant kom je terecht in een team gespecialiseerd in Business Support of Finance profielen. Je behandelt het rekruteringsproces van begin tot eind en bent een adviseur voor zowel klanten als kandidaten

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je screent en interviewt geschikte kandidaten
  • Je organiseert sollicitatiegesprekken en geeft kandidaten tijdige en waardevolle feedback
  • Je legt commercieel contact met potentiële klanten en overtuigt hen om met ons samen te werken
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van onze klanten, je staat hen bij met advies en selecteert zorgvuldig geschikte kandidaten
  • Je onderhoudt relaties op lange termijn door middel van bedrijfsbezoeken, klantenmeetings en regelmatig contact
  • Je houdt actief vraag en aanbod bij op de arbeidsmarkt, waarbij je optreedt als een ware consultant
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk op door actief bedrijven en kandidaten te contacteren en verschillende events bij te wonen

Over jou

Om bij ons aan de slag te gaan als Recruitment Consultant moet je beschikken over de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak; een eerste ervaring in sales of rekrutering is mooi meegenomen
  • Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket, je hebt veel interesse in rekrutering en je hebt een natuurlijke commerciële flair
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, spreekt daarnaast vlot Engels en kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving waarbij je doelen nastreeft en tegelijkertijd kwalitatieve service levert
