This is your chance to join the leading and rapidly expanding debt & Capital Advisory team at Deloitte as a Manager:

  • Specialize in providing unique and independent debt & capital advice on a variety of complex financing challenges
  • Assist clients in achieving their funding goals through various debt engagements
  • Maintain relationships with clients, banks, and advisors
  • Take charge of project execution and implementation as a team
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as globally within Deloitte's Debt & Capital Advisory network

What your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Develop, originate, and execute debt advisory transactions through industry research and client relationships
  • Handle a range of debt advisory projects focusing on Corporates & portfolio companies of Private Equity investors
  • Manage daily project tasks and assist with various aspects of project management
  • Guide and coach junior team members throughout transactions
  • Engage with clients from initial stages to deal closure
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the DCA department
  • Provide market insights on debt trends and technical competences

About you:

  • Hold a university degree
  • Have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking or investment industry
  • Possess commercial acumen and knowledge of financial markets and debt products
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Show confidence in business development activities
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
