Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Als Senior Manager Technical BUS waarborg je de optimale organisatie van het onderhoud van de vloot van de Business Unit Bus. Je bepaalt en superviseert de specifieke actieplannen van het Technical-departement en stelt ze in werking en dit met inachtneming van de opgelegde termijnen en budgetten.
Je werkt binnen het departement "Business Unis Bus Technical"" en je rapporteert aan de Director Technical.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- De streefdoelen vastleggen van de garages van het departement Technical in samenwerking met de Director Technical.
- Het Master Plan Maintenance Bus en de Rolling Forecast Maintenance opmaken.
- Het beheerplan van het strategische naar het tactische en operationele vertalen en dat implementeren (verkrijgen van de ISO certificatie, van het certificaat Ecodynamisme, ...).
- De KPI's betreffende het onderhoudsproces bepalen en aanpassen, ze opvolgen in de vorm van een boordtabel en preventieve en correctieve actieplannen invoeren.
- Instaan voor het superviseren, samenwerken en opvolgen van de verschillende onderhouds- of werkplaatsen (follow-up van het budget, de veiligheid, reglementen, nieuwe procedures, overeenkomsten, kwaliteit, ...) om aan de Director Technical de input te verschaffen die nodig is voor het uitwerken van het beheer en de strategie van de Business Unit Bus.
- Meewerken aan de opvolging van de opbouw/aankoop van nieuwe voertuigen/nieuw materieel.
- Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de dynamiek van de eigen teams en werkplaatsen (werving, evaluatie, opleiding).
- De toepassing van de methodes, werkprocessen en technische normen waarborgen.
- De ontplooiing (aan)sturen en toezien op het continu aanhouden van de beheerstappen (beheer-tools, certificatie) (Lean, CAMM, 5S, Safety, Risk, CNE, ISO) die binnen de perimeter van de eigen dienst vallen.
- De sociale vrede binnen het departement waarborgen.
- De "capacity plannings" van de onderhoudsactiviteit consolideren.
- De budgetten voorstellen in termen van investeringen/middelen in samenhang met de onderhouds- en vervangingsplannen.

Een eerlijk loonbeleid
Bij de MIVB wordt je loon op een transparante manier berekend, rekening houdend met je verantwoordelijkheden en ervaring, ongeacht je geslacht of achtergrond
• Je hebt een diploma van Industrieel Ingenieur (in de elektriciteit, mechanica of elektromechanica) en je hebt ervaring in een managementfunctie.
• Je hebt 5 à 10 jaar ervaring met het operationeel beheren van een
onderhoudsdienst.
• Je bent Nederlandstalig en/of Franstalig en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal.
• Je persoonlijke kwaliteiten: een geboren leider, zin voor analyse en synthese, flexibiliteit en auto-nomie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, proactiviteit, teamgeest en goede mondelinge communicatie¬vaardigheden.
