We are seeking a
talented and bilingual NOC Analyst to join our Network Operations Center (NOC)
team. As a NOC Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring,
troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network
infrastructure. The ideal candidate will speak both English and Spanish
and possess strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent
communication abilities.

The role
involves;

Network
Monitoring:Incident
Response:.Bilingual
Support:Maintain accurate
and up-to-date documentation for network configurations and procedures.Escalate issues
to senior team members or other departments when necessary.Provide technical
support on a range of network hardware, predominantly Cisco.Working with
network team for troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network
problems.Provide remote
support to Field Engineers working on faults.
