Als digital growth manager voor een marktleider in food&retail duik je in de lopende campagnes op onze eigen mediakanalen, bekijk je cross-departementaal waar je groeipunten kan identificeren en waar je kan optimaliseren. Je vertrekt hierbij vanuit data-analyses om zo inzichten te verwerven in het (online) gedrag, in de voorkeuren van onze klanten en de verbeterpunten van onze campagnes.
belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Als digital growth manager doe je strategische aanbevelingen over onze lopende campagnes, gericht op het verbeteren van de klanteninteractie. Je focust je hierbij op onze interne kanalen (website, applicatie, email, etc).
Je analyseert de campagnetrends en het (online) gedrag van onze klanten om zo groeipunten te identificeren en onze communicatiestrategieën te verbeteren. Jouw doel: het verhogen van conversie & customer engagement.
Customer data platforms & marketing automatization technologie kennen voor jou geen geheimen want op die manier ben je in staat om klantendata te organiseren en analyseren, waardoor verbeterde, gerichte en gepersonaliseerde marketingcampagnes mogelijk zijn. Dit mede door het stroomlijnen van processen.
Je voert grondig onderzoek en analyse uit om nieuwe groeikansen binnen onze klantensegmenten te identificeren, gebruikmakend van inzichten uit het verschillende dataplatformen om klantgedrag en voorkeuren te begrijpen.
Je ontwikkelt & implementeert A/B-testen en experimenten om marketingcampagnes over eigen mediakanalen te optimaliseren en ROI te maximaliseren, gebruikmakend van gepersonaliseerde inhoud en berichten.
Je bepaalt & beheert een budget voor groeimarketinginitiatieven gericht op eigen mediakanalen, waarbij inzichten worden gebruikt om middelen effectief toe te wijzen, en volgt prestatie-indicatoren om over het succes van campagnes te rapporteren.
Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met interne stakeholders die op onze digitale kanalen werken: Digital Media, CRM, Ecommerce, Customer Care & Marketing Technology
Je zorgt ervoor dat al onze digitale en personalisatie-initiatieven in lijn zijn met de overkoepelende business-strategieën.
jouw aanbod
Je behaalde minimum een bachelordiploma in Marketing, Business Administration of een gerelateerd studiedomein.
Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in digital en/of growth marketing, of customer experience management helpt jou een eind op weg in deze rol.
Je bent helemaal mee met de huidige digital kanalen zoals social media, e-mail marketing, smartphone-applicaties en websites.
Data Je bent enorm data-gedreven en je hebt dan ook ervaring met data-analytics tools, bijvoorbeeld Google/Adobe Analytics. Vaardig in Excel is ook een plus.
Je bent zelfstandig en je kan daardoor de inhoud van jouw job mee laten evolueren met de laatste ontwikkeling in de markt.
