We are looking for a Culture, Organization Development & Transformation Lead who is adaptive, curious, empathetic and influential to join our Talent & Company Reputation team, based in our headquarters office in Brussels, Belgium.

About the role

As Culture, Organization Development & Transformation Lead, you will serve as the driving force behind initiatives aimed at developing and transforming our organization's culture, particularly at the leadership level. This role encompasses designing and applying tailor made approaches, leading change management efforts, ensuring organizational agility, simplifying processes, and fostering an enterprise mindset. Additionally, you will leverage diversity within the organization, helping teams to be autonomous and accountable, and promote humanistic leadership principles.

Who you'll work with

You will join a team of six colleagues. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, to gain sponsorship and active participation in cultural evolution and transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to leaders and managers, equipping them with the necessary skills and mindset for leading during periods of transformation.

What you'll do

  • Leverage neuroscience and behavioral science insights to improve leadership and decision-making within the organization.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to evolve and transform the organization, aligning with company goals and driving innovation.
  • Mobilize change management methods to lead the organization through transformations, addressing resistance effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies focused on facilitating cultural and organizational change, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen management systems and processes, empowering teams to boost efficiency and collaboration.
  • Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving, promoting autonomy and responsibility.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in leading cross functional initiatives, applied change management, with a minimum of 2 years in consulting roles. We encourage candidates from diverse professional backgrounds to apply, as we value individuals who can bring diverse perspectives and expertise to the team.
  • Proven track record in successfully revamping business processes and leading transformation projects with adept stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of neurosciences models in management and humanistic leadership.
  • Background or knowledge in philosophy or anthropology is a plus.
  • Capacity to navigate in complex ecosystems, and to deal with uncertainty.
  • Willing to occasionally travel to other UCB sites (both within and outside of Belgium).
