Als Logistic Support binnen onze garage in Vorst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van de opslagoperaties, het beheren van de onderdelen en apparatuur die nodig zijn om onze activiteiten te ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw samen met ons team van monteurs en pechverhelpers om te zorgen voor de benodigde middelen om de operationele werking te handhaven.
Hoofdtaken:
-Voorraadbeheer: Zorg voor een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde opvolging van onderdelen, apparatuur en benodigdheden die nodig zijn voor de operationele werking (via SAP).
-Ontvangst en distributie: Ontvang, inspecteer en sla leveringen van onderdelen en apparatuur op. Distribueer de artikelen aan technici en monteurs op basis van verzoeken en prioriteiten.
-Bestelbeheer: Plaats bestellingen voor extra onderdelen en apparatuur wanneer de voorraad laag is, rekening houdend met levertijden en het toegewezen budget (via SAP).
-Onderhoud van de inventaris: Houd nauwkeurige inventarisregisters bij, identificeer verouderde of beschadigde artikelen en zorg ervoor dat de inventaris georganiseerd is voor snelle toegang.
-Coördinatie met het team: Werk nauw samen met technici en monteurs om hun behoeften aan onderdelen en apparatuur te begrijpen. Zorg ervoor dat de benodigde middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
