De Vespel afdeling binnen de business unit DuPont Electronics & Industrial produceert hoogwaardige precisiestukken die ingezet worden in veeleisende toepassingen op vlak van temperatuur, wrijving en frictie, zoals vliegtuigmotoren en autotransmissies. Vespel producten zijn op maat gemaakte onderdelen en vervangen vaak de klassieke metalen onderdelen, gaande van sealringen tot lagers, om gewicht te besparen en de levensduur te verlengen.
In onze afdeling in Mechelen worden Vespel onderdelen gemaakt door middel van een polyimide poederpersproces.
Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Productie Operator, met passie voor techniek en interesse om voortdurend bij te leren.
Jobinhoud:
De Vespel productie-operator is verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van allerhande mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische persen en het op een veilige en kwalitatieve manier bereiken van de productiedoelen.
Tot het takenpakket behoren:
Opstellen van matrijzen, op basis van technische tekening
Afstellen en afregelen van de persen via automatische sturingen
Bedienen en opvolgen van de persen en randapparatuur
Visuele inspectie van de geperste stukken met behulp van meetinstrumenten
Statistische resultaten beoordelen en proces bijsturen waar nodig
Bedienen en opvolgen van machines voor het polijsten van de stukken (tumbling)
Bedienen en laden van de sinterovens
Administratie van het productie-order: verwerken van alle productiegegevens in SAP en andere systemen
Meewerken aan het invoeren van nieuwe technologieën en uitwerken van verbeteringen
Jouw profiel:
Diploma Elektromechanica, Mechanische Vormgevingstechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Sterke technische kennis (hydraulica, mechanica, meet- en regeltechnieken, CNC)
Teamspeler met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en initatief
Je kan probleemoplossend denken en kan goed om met technisch complexe uitdagingen
Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om voortdurend bij te leren
Kennis van SAP en/of statistiek is een voordeel
Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn
Bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken
