Your responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for our clients, responding to their questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Leverage your proficiency in EU languages to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues efficiently. Foster strong customer relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service. Work collaboratively with your team to exchange knowledge and share best practices.Profile
You hold a higher education degree, and you already have a background in the banking sector, apart from that you recognise yourself in the following requirements;
1-3 years of experience in customer service also junior candidates are welcome Proficiency in at least three languages: Polish, French, English, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, or Classical Arabic, with two at C2 level and one at C1 level Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Salesforce is an advantage You are willing to work 2 saturdays in a month, with compensational time offCompany
