Customer Service/ Dossierbeheerder

Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Service/ Dossierbeheerder (M/V/X) voor een bedrijf in de woningsector.
Deze structuur bevindt zich in Elsene en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
Als dossierbeheerder zijn uw verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie als volgt:
- U bent de belangrijkste contactpersoon voor leners en potentiële leners;
- U informeert het publiek over de voorwaarden van de hypothecaire kredieten van het Fonds;
- U stuurt klanten door op basis van hun verzoeken en neemt ze onder je hoede;
- U ontvangt klanten en analyseert leningaanvragen;
- U bereidt leningaanvragen voor die betrekking hebben op administratieve, sociaaleconomische, financiële en technische aspecten met het oog op de indiening ervan bij de toekenningscommissie;
- U volgt de aanvragen op tot de lening is ondertekend en adviseert de kredietnemers gedurende de hele looptijd van hun lening.
Voor deze functie hebt u de volgende kwalificaties nodig:
- U hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring;
- Eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste;
- U bent geïnteresseerd in het sociale huisvestingsbeleid in het Brussels Gewest;
- U bent tweetalig in het Nederlands en het Frans (gesproken en geschreven);
- U bent methodisch en georganiseerd;
- U bent verantwoordelijk, proactief en toegewijd aan je werk;
- U bent flexibel en aanpasbaar
- U hebt een analytische geest;
- U bent een goede communicator en houdt van menselijk contact;
- U bent integer en hebt respect voor anderen;
- U bent een teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken;
- U bent vlot in het gebruik van IT tools (Office Suite);
