Job Description
What is your role?As a Bank Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our company and our German-speaking customers.Your fluency in your mother tongue, along with proficiency in French, Dutch, or English, will enable you to provide top-tier support, resolve inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Job Requirements
Wich kind of profile are we looking for?
- Fluency in German
- Fluent in French & Dutch is necessary (English is also a good point) to engage effectively with our diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer relationships
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
Salary and Benefits
A vibrant and inclusive work environment centrally located in Brussels.Competitive salary starting from €2,300 per month, inclusive of a 13th-month bonus, eco-cheques, and public transport participation.A 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.You will be paid for 38 hours and will have 12 extra days holiday per year (in addition to the 20 statutory days).The opportunity to develop your skills and progress to a senior associate position.
