Voor de vacature van Customer Service Medewerker te Brussel (Elsene) zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat die dagelijks in contact zal staan met B2B klanten en zal zorgen voor een professionele opvolging van de dossiers. Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je beantwoordt vragen, volgt bestellingen op, wijzigt gegevens en behandelt klachten;
- Je staat de klant te woord zowel telefonisch als via mail om hen op een professionele manier verder te helpen;
- Je doet de administratieve opvolging van je klanten in de CRM;
- Je spot opportuniteiten om jouw klantenportefeuille verder te ontwikkelen en werkt nauw samen met de sales afdeling.
**Functie-eisen**
Voor de vacature van Customer Service Medewerker te Brussel (Elsene) zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat met volgende talenten:
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans (het schriftelijk zal getest worden);
- Je hebt minstens een algemeen secundair diploma of 5 jaar ervaring in het beheer van klantenrelaties binnen een afdeling Customer Service;
- Je bent klantgericht en beheert je contacten op een professionele manier;
- Je communiceert vlot en weet je gemakkelijk, duidelijk en efficiënt uit te drukken;
- Je bent een echte teamspeler met een enthousiaste en positieve ingesteldheid;
- Dankzij je commercieel inzicht ontwikkel je met gemak klantenrelaties en herken je snel opportuniteiten;
- Je werkt op een georganiseerde manier, waardoor je op piekmomenten een hoge werkdruk aankan;
- Je kan goed overweg met de klassieke communicatietools van Office. Kennis van tools als Sales Force en Genesys is een troef.
