Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Contract Manager qui veille
à ce que les marchés publics soient effectués comme convenu et établi dans les
documents de marché, qui surveille les prestations des fournisseurs impliqués et qui veille sur les risques financiers et contractuels:
respect de toutes les conditions contractuelles par toutes les parties. Vous veillez à un bon contrôle financier du
marché et du montant contractuellement accordé.Vous assurez le suivi du SLA, des KPI et des
milestones. Vous identifiez et gérez les risques
contractuels : vous prenez les mesures nécessaires et conseillez le Category
Manager en matière de couverture de risques pendant l'attribution de nouveaux
dossiers.Vous identifiez les conflits potentiels et
suivez les plaintes éventuelles entre les différentes parties. Vous facilitez
l'atteinte d'une solution acceptable par chacun. Vous veillez à une gestion correcte toutes les
modifications contractuelles, en ligne avec la législation et les processus
internes.Vous clarifiez les rôles et responsabilités
pendant l'exécution du contrat.Vous faîtes office d'interlocuteur commercial
central pour le fournisseur. Vous organisez des réunions (groupe de pilotage,
discussions contractuelles, ...) avec les fournisseurs et les clients internes,
en faisant preuve d'une bonne compréhension des besoins business et en
entretenant de bons contacts internes avec notamment le service technique, le
Project Management, la Supply Chain, etc.
