Job Title: Contract Manager at DEME

Job Description:

In a challenging operational setting with intricate contract frameworks, high client expectations, and evolving regulatory constraints, DEME is seeking a Contract Manager to enhance its Contract Management Division.

  • Your responsibilities include:
  • Being the primary contact for all contract-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively monitoring contractual rights and obligations and ensuring timely notification of entitlements.
  • Establishing clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting Project Managers with tasks such as contract management planning, compliance, subcontractor management, and more.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Laws, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in contract management, particularly in DEME's areas of expertise.
  • Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, BIMCO, and LOGIC model contracts.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
