*DEME General* *Legal & Insurance* *Worldwide*In a challenging operational landscape characterized by intricate contract structures, demanding clients, and evolving regulatory frameworks, DEME seeks a Contract Manager to reinforce its Contract Management Division.
Your responsibilities Your profile Our offer You will have a pivotal role in handling all contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle. You will actively monitor contractual rights and obligations, ensuring timely notifications as per contract terms. You will establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Specifically, you will assist the Project Manager in various tasks including:1. Developing and implementing a contract management plan;
2. Ensuring contract compliance;
3. Managing subcontractors;
4. Facilitating site-related communication;
5. Supporting the invoicing process;
6. Handling variations and claims;
7. Managing stakeholders;
8. Overseeing document management.
You hold a Master's degree in Laws, Economics, or Engineering. You have 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within DEME's areas of expertise. Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, BIMCO, and LOGIC model contracts is vital. You have worked on complex projects with various French stakeholders. You are proficient in English and French. You possess strong analytical and written communication skills. You have engaged in French public tenders and have a passion for project-related tasks. You have a practical approach and a sharp business acumen. You are a collaborative team player with the capability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively. Your strengths lie in communication and relationship-building. You are adaptable, flexible, and resilient to stress.
